Auer Hall
Jacobs School of Music Indiana University
Bloomington, Indiana
Project Information
For many years, the University had been faced with a poorly performing organ, as the result of bankruptcy by the original builder. The decision was made to rebuild the organ, moving it to the back wall, allowing a new loft area for musical performances and a recessed projection screen. Also included: a new acoustically tunable stage surround, new ceiling to increase resonance and new lighting. Dana Kirkegaard -Acoustician C.B. Fisk-Organ Builder 2008
