Expanding from their original location in the historic Holy Rosary neighborhood to the Windsor Park area on the near east side, the bakery specializes in old-world production of Artisian bread, with a strong following throughout the metro area. As part of a much larger community development program, this modest 1890’s worker cottage was totally rebuilt with new foundations, siding, windows, and roofing. Interior sales space has been opened up to capture the height of the peaked roof. Patron seating under an open trellis is planned for the front porch, and a shaded patio at the rear.   2021
